Ally & Dixie

Ally: Ally started coaching in 2011 and riding in 2005. She spent 5 years attending PHH summer camps learning from multiple different mentors, trainers and coaches in many different styles and disciplines of riding; experienced in Hunter, Jumper, Eventing, Western Pleasure, Gaming, Natural Horsemanship/Freestyle/liberty as well as basic dressage. Ally’s goal for her students is to combine little bits from every discipline and use them together to make the best, most efficient horse and rider team; teaching step by step, focusing on starting properly – with healthy flat work and good position, then going anywhere from there! Ally has 3 horses which she uses her practices on, all trained herself; one in Western Pleasure, Hunter/Jumper/Dressage and Freestyle/Liberty, she also takes on new horses in need, to work on and sell. She is open to all ages/experience, beginner – advanced, pleasure – competitive rider, Western or English. Currently working towards her Equine Guelph Studies Diploma, competition coach certification, and Level 10 rider level test to pursue training.

Franny Galvin-Hynes: is junior trainer that has been Lindsey’s protege student since 2014.

Franny and “The Bowie Van”

She competed with Lindsey at the Thoroughbred Makeover in 2016 with the horse “You Got to Be Kidding” and finished 5th in the Trail Division.

She competed again in 2017 with Lindsey aboard “The Bowie Van” (now a lesson horse that we nicknamed Little) and placed 1st in Trail, and she competed in Field Hunter for the first time and placed 14th. She was the Top Junior in both disciplines.

The Thoroughbred Makeover is an International Competition held at the Kentucky Horse Park with hundreds of competitors, many of which are top professionals and includes some Olympic and World Champion Riders. Franny completed all of the training on the horses she took to the makeover including all of their off property experiences/shows.

Franny plans to compete in 2018 again, this time with two horses. Point Load (one of Lindsey’s horses) and Wasted (her own horse).
