The Natural Horsemanship Association was founded in 2012 with the goal of humans interacting & connecting with horses while preserving their natural habits & methods of communication. Lindsey Partridge, founder & president, registered the NHA as a not-for-profit organization to encourage the overall intent being to educate others on horse care along with teaching humane & positive training techniques.
The expansion of the NHA has provided the opportunity to offer more programs to educate about horses & these natural methods by providing horseback riding lessons, free public events, educational workshops, summer camps, horse boarding & horse training, to all ages & experience levels. These programs are featured at Partridge Horse Hill, a facility located in beautiful Pontypool, Ontario.
The NHA is managed by a small, hardworking group of talented & dedicated horse enthusiasts, Annette Forkun as Treasurer and Secretary, and Laura Goble as Vice President.
We invite you to come to visit us and experience for yourself how learning a natural & gentler approach to interacting with horses not only improves our connection with them, but within ourselves & the people around us.
