Elysia was too slow to race and after her published works was retired from racing and taken by CANTER Michigan which is a rehoming program for retired racehorses.

Lindsey picked her up through the adoption program. She has sustained a puncture injury to her right back leg before she was picked up to come home. Once home we did xrays and found that she needed surgery to have a sequestrum removed.

Elysia went for surgery in December 2019 and recovered in time to travel south to Florida for training with Lindsey. On the way back they performed demonstrations at Horse World Expo in Pennsylvannia with the big blue tarp.

Eylsia is training for the 2020 Thoroughbred makeover.
